Terms Of Service
Last updated September 13, 2026
These Terms set out how we quote, manufacture and deliver custom packaging, and what each of us is responsible for along the way. They are written to be read, not to hide things in the small print.
1. Who we are
Product Boxes Hub ("we", "us", "our") is a custom packaging manufacturer with its plant and offices at 2140 Commerce Drive, Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75201. These Terms govern quotes we issue, orders you place, and your use of productboxeshub.com.
By placing an order you accept these Terms. If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.
2. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise on the quote. Pricing depends on the dimensions, board, print, finishing and quantity specified, and a change to any of those requires a revised quote.
Our quotes are all-inclusive: they cover structural design, die-line creation, print setup and standard ground shipping within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico carry a surcharge shown on the quote. Sales tax is added where applicable.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order is formed when you approve a quote in writing and we issue an order confirmation. Until we issue that confirmation, we may decline or requote an order, including where a quote contained a clear error in price or specification.
Your order confirmation and approved proof together define what we manufacture. Anything not stated in them is not part of the order.
4. Artwork, proofs and approval
You are responsible for the content and accuracy of artwork you supply, including spelling, barcodes, ingredient panels, regulatory text, and any claims made on the packaging. We review files for technical printability — bleed, fold placement, resolution and minimum text size — and will flag problems we spot, but that review is not a proofread and does not transfer responsibility for content to us.
We issue a digital proof before production. Production begins only on your written approval of that proof. Once approved, the proof is the reference against which the run is judged, and errors present in an approved proof are not grounds for a claim.
Physical pre-production samples are available at cost and are the only reliable way to confirm color and finish before a full run.
5. Manufacturing tolerances
Custom manufacturing carries tolerances that are standard across the industry. By placing an order you accept the following:
- Quantity: we may deliver and invoice up to 10% over or under the ordered quantity. You are billed for the quantity actually delivered.
- Color: printed color may vary within commercially acceptable limits from your proof, and between separate production runs. Screen previews are not a color reference.
- Dimensions: finished sizes carry a tolerance of approximately 1/16 inch (1.5 mm).
- Board: substrate shade and texture vary slightly between mill batches, most visibly on kraft and uncoated stocks.
6. Lead times and delivery
Standard production is 8 to 10 business days from your written proof approval, plus transit. Specialist finishes such as foil stamping and soft-touch lamination add 2 to 3 business days.
Lead times are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees, and time is not of the essence unless we have agreed a firm date in writing. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.
7. Payment terms
Unless we have agreed credit terms in writing, orders are paid in full before production. Where credit terms apply, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
We may charge interest on overdue amounts at 1.5% per month, or the maximum permitted by Texas law if lower, and may suspend work on any open order while an invoice is overdue.
8. Changes and cancellation
You may change or cancel an order in writing at any point before proof approval at no charge beyond work already performed. After proof approval, materials are committed and plates or dies may be cut.
Cancellation after proof approval makes you liable for materials consumed, work completed and any non-recoverable costs to that point. Once a run is on press, orders cannot be cancelled.
9. Inspection and claims
Please inspect goods on delivery. Claims for shortage, damage in transit or manifest defect must reach us within 10 business days of delivery, with photographs and your job number.
Where we agree a defect is ours, our obligation is, at our option, to reprint the affected goods or credit their value. Goods that have been used, distributed or altered cannot be claimed against. Custom-printed goods are not returnable for change of mind.
10. Intellectual property and indemnity
You retain ownership of your artwork, trademarks and brand assets. You grant us a limited licence to reproduce them for the purpose of manufacturing your order.
You warrant that you own or are licensed to use everything you send us, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from our reproduction of your artwork, including claims of trademark or copyright infringement.
Die-lines, structural drawings and 3D visuals we produce remain our intellectual property. You may use them in connection with orders placed with us. Physical dies and tooling remain our property unless you have separately paid a tooling charge specified as transferring ownership.
We may show unbranded photographs of work we have produced in our portfolio. Tell us in writing before production if you would prefer we did not, and we will not.
11. Warranty and limitation of liability
We warrant that goods will materially conform to your approved proof and agreed specification, and will be free from defects in workmanship. This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost sales, delayed product launches, recall costs, or the cost of the products packed in our packaging.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including material shortages, carrier failure, equipment failure, labor disputes, utility outages, severe weather, fire, or government action. Where such an event occurs we will tell you promptly and agree a revised schedule.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and both parties submit to that jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the date your order is confirmed, and later changes do not apply retroactively to orders already confirmed.
